Built into a redwood tree nearly 33 feet above a
lush forest close to Auckland, New Zealand, the
pod-shaped Redwoods Treehouse is a striking ven-
ue for private bookings only. In 2008, the Yellow
Pages commissioned the building of e Redwoods
Treehouse during a marketing campaign. e re-
sulting structure is now a coveted location for pri-
vate events such as weddings, corporate events,
parties, product launches and more. e treehouse
pod can accommodate up to 30 seated guests or
50 guests for a standing-room-only event. Guests
enter the treehouse through its very own private
road, making the experience intimate and unique
and adding to the unforgettable ambience of this
uncommon niche.
