Occasions with a Conscious hello@greater-goodevents.com 201-253-8698 www.greater-goodevents.com @greatergood_events Photos by @coffeewithheather Upon arrival, guests (all wearing earth tones), were immersed in the natural beauty of the redwoods and the incredible, fairy tale-inspired floral designs that decorated the site. "e floral goodness throughout the wedding enhanced the woodland fairy tale theme, including the personalized 14-foot chuppah decorated with fresh ferns, amaranthus, hops vines, gardenias, tuberose, clematis, spray roses, and more," Sacks explains. With five inches of rose petals covering the wedding aisle and an array of fresh ferns, vines, and flowers throughout, the ceremony was rustic, magical, and unquestionably unique. In an unforgettable departure, the bride—looking like a true princess in her flowing veil and mermaid-style Galia Lahav gown—took off on a white stallion. Guests were in awe as she made her ethereal exit, and the sense of magic and whimsy increased as the reception grew near. On their way to an oversized, vintage barn, guests stopped to sign a guest book that sat atop a table in the center of a Labyrinth. A symbol of love and of the soul's journey, the Labyrinth was comprised of thousands of spiraling candles, setting a tone of love, reflection, and spirituality. A scene Sacks describes as "almost cinematic." During the reception, guests dined within the vintage atmosphere of a rustic barn, but the celebration never lost its whimsical feel. As the sun set, candles illuminated the venue, draped in greenery and flowers, and the Labyrinth burned brightly outside. Dinner was served for an extraordinary couple and their guests–just the beginning of a lifelong fairy tale.
