T he dawn of a new decade is here, and it feels significant. ough 2020 doesn't quite have the same ring of impending doom to it the way Y2K did, there's just something different about it. You can't help but imagine how the decade will unfold. Will it be "e Roaring Twenties"? A moniker stolen, of course, from the 1920s—but it does make you wonder, how will "the '20s" be viewed years from now? As we adopt new technologies, you can't deny that the pace of today's innovation only continues to grow, seemingly with each passing month. For all of us at VUE, 2020 also marks some big changes. is will be our first year publishing six issues, bringing you more luxury content than we ever have before. Since VUE's inception, we've always strived to have a local focus with a national feel. is includes operating in the luxury space both at home here in New Jersey, and abroad. is issue, we're continuing to build on that philosophy as we sit down with a few New Jerseyans who are no doubt leading in their respective fields. is includes unique perspectives from Jonathan Ferrer of Brew Watch Co., Rosario Mannino of Mannino Architects + Builders and Chef Leia Gaccione, owner of South + Pine in Morristown. Elsewhere, we dive back into fine art with two talented artists from two different (but not so different) mediums: world-renowned painter/sculptor Lionel Smit, and expert photographer Grant Gunderson.
