In the last decade, residential real estate on the New Jersey coast has skyrocketed. Young professionals and CEOs alike have traded in their
Manhattan addresses for condos on the Le Bank. Looking back to my collegiate years, many of the Gold Coast's stunning high rises weren't
even conceptualized. While developers from all over continue to revel in this exodus, our state's residential boom has sparked an uptick in
lifestyle. Our culture has become empowered—a far cry from the infamous moniker "e Armpit of America." Everywhere from the cliffs of
Edgewater to the beaches of Monmouth County is brimming with new art, food and design.
In the past, units like that of Jersey City's Park & Shore or Long Beach's e Los at Pier Village might've seemed to exist across the
Hudson River or in some faraway retreat. Today, these new developments have become a part of the fabric of coastal living in the Garden
State. With so many coming to fruition seemingly overnight, choosing a place to call home can prove overwhelming. Here are a few of our
state's newest and most prominent addresses.
