PONSON PETITE MONTAGNE BRUT NV (Champagne, France) Maxime Ponson is a fifth generation winemaker in Coulommes-la-Montagne and we are very excited to add his wines to our carefully curated bubbly section! Le Petit Montagne is absolutely singing right now with rich and creamy aromas and flavors of red and yellow apple, quince, lemon blossom, white mushroom, honeysuckle, hazelnut, and delicate purple flowers are woven around a strong core of mineral notes. Fantastic! SRP: $44.99 2018 CHATEAU PRADEAUX BANDOL ROSÉ (Bandol, France) Robust, rich, and complex with an ability to age gracefully, this is a lovely, full-bodied dry rosé. It is an aromatic wine with racy acidity that makes its flavors of strawberry, white flowers, and lemon peel sing on the palate. A nice core of minerality makes this organically produced rosé delightfully drinkable and food- friendly. For the best experience, let the wine unfold in the glass or decant before drinking. This wine is very enjoyable now but will age for the next three to five years. SRP: $32.99 2016 DOMAINE MICHEL MALLARD CHOREY- LES-BEAUNE "LES BEAUMONTS" (Burgundy, France) The amazing 2016 vintage fostered a magnificent expression of top-class Chorey and the entire staff is in love with this elegant cuvée. A redolence of pristine red fruit and spice calling to mind cherry, cinnamon, dried strawberry and pomegranate mix with fresh cut rose petals. The palate is sleek and seductive; the hallmark of all of Michel's wines. SRP: $49.99 Need some great vino for the spring? We've got you covered.
