beautiful backyard, a little oasis of our
own where we can relax with our family
and gather with our friends within the privacy of
our home.
Such was the dream of a family in Warren, NJ, who
wanted a backyard spot where they could entertain
large groups of family and friends. Unfortunately,
they faced something of a predicament: not only was
their backyard space narrow and steep, it also happened
to be up against a conservation easement. This not only
limited their landscaping possibilities in a practical
