2 oz. Herradura Tequila 1 oz lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup 1 egg white
Cinnamon Sugar
Combine Tequila, Lemon Juice, and Simple
Syrup in an ice filled shaker. Shake vigorously
for 10 seconds . In a separate shaker add 1
egg white and strain in liquor. Shake and
strain into coupe glass. Sprinkle Cinnamon
sugar on the foam.
