e started by investing in the place where
he grew up-- on the Jersey Shore. Sokol
bought his first home on the lagoon that
he used to marvel at as a kid.
Sokol had always been attracted to Real Estate
Investing, but wanted to do it right. He joined a
partner on an award winning team in 2009, and four
years later, they separated amicably. In his first full
year of production without a partner, he was Top 200
in the country. By his third year, he was in the Top 25
and, over the course of his career, had the highest
Purchase Volume in the state of New Jersey.
He enjoys conducting business, and has always
held a sincere passion for his work. At the early age
of 14, Sokol was waiting tables, which translated into
the awareness that working harder means being
able to provide for his family.
Sokol's experience with real estate investing, along
with traveling the world, and his wife and two kids,
are the sources of his happiness. He prioritizes gen-
uine relationships with his clients, and continues to
follow his passion for real estate.
From ages 29 to 38, he had bought thirteen homes,
sold four, lived in NYC, Hoboken and back to the
Shore, lost a father, had two sons born, learned to
be a dad, and to balance work and life. He loves his
job, his life, and real estate.
Currently, Sokol holds his licence at CrossCountry,
pursuing the dream of opening a branch that will
be a top branch in the country and to teach his
craft to others.
