Asbury Point is a
mixed-use, multifamily
apartment complex
consisting of two
buildings. The ground
level consists of park-
ing, a gym for the
residents, and public
retail spaces. Each
building has a private,
elevated amenity deck
for the residential
units on the upper
floors. The southern
building has 41 units
and the northern
building has 94,
consisting of 125
units all together.
This Coastal Redevelopment project in Monmouth consists of
single family homes, townhouses, and a condo building with
river and ocean views. The condo building, in the middle of the
complex, consists of 15 units and an amenity deck with a pool.
All of the homes and units have private balconies for prime
waterfront views.
Memorial Drive is a multifamily apartment building with an
internal courtyard. The residential units are elevated above the
ground level, which consists of the residential parking. The build-
ing encompasses 119 units; it is a mix of affordable housing units,
market rate units, and luxury units. The luxury units are located
on the top floor with a pop-up. The pop-up is a loft space with a
private amenity deck on the roof for the unit.
