Staying In Shape

Despite being a busy celebrity, mother, and businesswoman,
Gorga somehow finds the time to keep in shape. Working
out between 5 to 6 days a week, she tends to mix it up quite
a bit, in an effort to keep her workout routines f resh and
more enjoyable.
She incorporates 1 or 2 classes per
week at her local gym
taking classes that
emphasize both
toning and
lengthening.
The group setting
brings camaraderie and friendly
competition to keep it fun.
Gorga spends the remainder of her week
working out from home which of course
incorporates her new fitness equipment line.
She tends to stay away f rom cardio as the busy
lifestyle she supports has her running full speed.
Working out is an essential part of Gorga's life and
a key ingredient in maintaining the balance of her
busy lifestyle.
