myriad of options to indulge in such as adults-only pool and bar areas, golfing, world-class dining, relaxing in one of the six couples treatment rooms at the Four Seasons' spa, or taking in views from the balconies inside select rooms. One of the most notable highlights of staying at the Four Seasons Orlando is the fine dining. Capa is a spanish-inspired rooftop steakhouse and bar located on the 17th floor of the hotel where diners can enjoy the breathtaking views of the Disney Fireworks show while toasting over a handcrafted gin and tonic. Featuring an open kitchen and contemporary luxe dining room, guests can watch the chefs craft every plate of seafood and woodfired prime cuts. Boasting a menu of both small and large plates diners should indulge in specialties like the porterhouse steak, pulpo which is a small plate of grilled octopus, or cerdo which is beer brined pork belly with apple butter and pistachio jazz. Chef Gabriel Massip has created an understated yet incredibly sophisticated menu at Capa. Capa is also named among the best 100 Wine Restaurants in the U.S. by Wine Enthusiast magazine. As a special treat, Capa hosts a live guitarist every Wednesday and Saturday night, instantly creating an intimate ambiance. Ravello is an Italian restaurant located on the ground floor of the Four Seasons. As soon as diners walk in they are transported to a quaint villa in the italian countryside where floor to ceiling arched windows, an open patio, and lush, arched trellises create a naturally relaxing environment. Ravello is a great place to stop by for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The dinner menu consists of classic dishes like burrata, specialty pizza, roasted branzino, and braised short rib. However, the highlight of the menu is the veal ravioli. Stuffed with perfectly cooked, tender veal, ricotta, and spinach, topped with wild mushroom, truffle essence, and fresh parmesan, the perfectly al dente snap of the pasta and pillowy textures of veal and cheese come together and create the perfect bite.
