e Ivanov Group's latest offi ce was born from a beach sunrise vision and a bold proclamation that the group was opening an offi ce in Long Beach Island. Although there was no Ivanov Group at the time Dianna was a single agent and the offi ce didn't yet exist, the dream was very real, with lots of hard work, a few setbacks, and changes, e Ivanov Group is now working and thriving in two locations "From Bergen to the Beach" and the dream has become a reality. Dianna Ivanov, who already runs a successful real estate business in Ridgewood NJ, was that woman with a dream. To assure success, she has entrenched herself in the Southern Ocean County business community, fi rst renting and then purchasing a home. "It's one thing to have come here your whole life as a child and with your family for holidays and vacations. It is a completely diff erent experience to live and work in a community, to join the chamber, to volunteer and learn what really matters to people" She travels back and forth between LBI and Ridgewood every week with the understanding and commitment that the best realtors know and care about the communities in which they sell inside and out. A chance meeting with Marybeth Weidenhof at the Southern Ocean County Chamber Women in Business meeting quickly turned into a stroke of luck— a business relationship and a friendship that launched the business into what it is today. Marybeth and her husband Keith have been living and working in the LBI area for decades, she in real estate, and he in business. ey love and support their community as founders of a nonprofi t parent group for arts in elementary schools, and as volunteers for Compassion Cafe a local group founded to provide meaningful employment and job training for adolescents and adults with disabilities. e IG Group also recently added Grace Weidenhof to the team, extending the Weidenhof-Ivanov partnership. Together with Dianna, the team has bought, sold, and built homes from Toms River to Tuckerton. With a bursting real estate market, the Ivanov Group has continued to grow both North and South, adding Alex Ivanov and Leyla McGinn to the team and expanding their specialties. An avid sports fan, Alex is leading the IG Group- KW Sports & Entertainment division, assisting players, agents, and college athletes penning NIL deals, starting fi nancial literacy programs, and helping athletes with investments that can grow with careers. Leyla has turned her Army career into a position overseeing the IG Group-KW Military division working with veterans, specifi cally women veterans, to fi nd homes, resources, and understand their options. From that fi rst thought, the company has grown to become a leader in sales in the Long Beach Island and Bergen County real estate markets.
