Flaunted in the center of the dining room is the sprawling
table, fi t for twenty-two, which encompasses the regal aura
of this home. e dining room also provides a view of the
notably unique staircase. ough it is original to the home,
it is still a staple fi xture of the grand nature of this house.
Accentuating the blue tones and gold hues of the chairs
and fi xtures in the dining room are beautiful hand-painted
fabrics inside of plexiglass, and large vases to emphasize
the contemporary ambience.
Extending the vastness of the space even further, two
living rooms are adjacent to one another. Opening up the
space and creating an extensive amount of seating, this
living room is perfect for hosting meetings, events and
dinner parties. e double living room holds multiple
seating areas with numerous chairs and sofas, as well as a
quiet and private area, dressed with French doors, between
the two living rooms. e cream, blue and gold accents
fl ow throughout the living rooms to tie the entire space
together and create the illusion of one room. Pacca and her
team also included the chairs by the fi replace, which were
custom made for the owner.
Not knowing who they were designing for until the project
was completed, Jennifer Pacca Interiors sees this home as
an incredibly special project. Showing their consistency
in their work, raw talent and passion for design without
knowing the level of signifi cance of their client speaks
volumes to Pacca and her team's work.
