Aer the Ocean Club Project, the co-
founders are starting to see the effects of the
revitalization effort trickle down into other
areas of the Seaside Heights Community.
"A lot of the properties you'll find in the area
are motels built in these haphazard conditions
that have become an eyesore to the locals for all
these years," says Jason. "Aer we revitalized
the boardwalk, we started seeing many of the
motels demolished and replaced by upscale
residences. From a community perspective,
the locals are excited to see newer buildings
coming into the area, especially with their
timeless nature in structure and design."
ese luxurious family-style condominiums,
which hold anywhere from 8 to 20 units,
are an effort to increase the number of full-
time residents rather than rentals in the area.
MODE architects plan to reinvent the entire
motel boulevard with a fresh perspective that
will increase foot traffic and communal pride.
eir work has begun with the renovation of
the former Bamboo Club, a local nightspot
that closed in 2021.
