Aer the Ocean Club Project, the co- founders are starting to see the effects of the revitalization effort trickle down into other areas of the Seaside Heights Community. "A lot of the properties you'll find in the area are motels built in these haphazard conditions that have become an eyesore to the locals for all these years," says Jason. "Aer we revitalized the boardwalk, we started seeing many of the motels demolished and replaced by upscale residences. From a community perspective, the locals are excited to see newer buildings coming into the area, especially with their timeless nature in structure and design." ese luxurious family-style condominiums, which hold anywhere from 8 to 20 units, are an effort to increase the number of full- time residents rather than rentals in the area. MODE architects plan to reinvent the entire motel boulevard with a fresh perspective that will increase foot traffic and communal pride. eir work has begun with the renovation of the former Bamboo Club, a local nightspot that closed in 2021.
