It seems the more I travel, the longer my bucket list grows. Once upon a time, my travel bucket list had less than five destinations. Now, it seems each time I check off a box, I add at least two more places to visit. In compiling research for this issue, I learned that most people have an average bucket list of 11 places with the hope of visiting at least 7 of those destinations within their lifetime. With a world full of fascinating locales, choosing the perfect vacation spot can present quite a challenge. We decided to take that challenge even further, condensing it down to the 5 places you must visit before the end of 2022. What made the list? Read on to find out. Outside of the desire to travel, the holidays tend to ignite a spirit of giving in all of us. is time of the year reminds us of the importance of spreading cheer and doing good in the world around us. Now, perhaps more than ever, this is so important as we connect (and reconnect) with our family and friends. Typically, this time marks the unofficial kickoff for the "giving season." While getting together to celebrate family and abundance, the holidays are also a time to pause and consider how to give back. We are delighted to present to you our annual Holiday Issue. We are also extremely excited to present to you our annual Luxury Holiday Gi Guide, which has been carefully curated by our in- house team. Spread over a dozen categories and with over 100 gis, this is our largest and most comprehensive gi guide to date. Nearly everything has been reviewed and tested by us, ensuring that each item has the "VUE stamp of approval." If you're like me, you usually end up giving a gi card to a friend or family member who has everything and is impossible to shop for. I can assure you that will change this year, as we've got you covered for all the gi recipients on your list. What follows in the pages to come are just a few of our favorite things (as Oprah might say). We've even included delightful gis for your furry friends.
