With its opening held on December 17, 2022, the
ZIMMERMANN store at e Mall at Short Hills is designed
to be an immersive, dynamic experience for the shopper with
discerning taste. Designed by Studio McQualter and spanning
1,712 square feet, ZIMMERMANN's newest store location
seeks to offer a peaceful respite from the frenetic energy of
a shopping mall. In collaboration with local metalworkers,
a bespoke metal storefront greets customers as they arrive.
Custom-designed terrazzo floors and mosaic tiles transport
shoppers to another time and place, and elevated ceilings
complete the transformation of a traditional shopping space.
ere is a spacious lounge area lined with luxe curtains and
bespoke handwoven rug, and purchases are rung up in a
funky foiled room which draws design inspiration from Andy
Warhol's Silver Factory.
