Paola is a proud Latina who opened her
business, npz studio+, in 2014 with the
original intent of focusing on interior
design. ese days, the plus sign in the
name captures the evolving nature of
the company, which is now a full-service
creative firm offering creative direction,
branding, art direction, graphic design,
social media, and event planning.
Her work caught the eye of Developer,
Ralph Zucker, who is President of
Inspired by Somerset Development and
the visionary behind the world-known
project at Bell Works in Holmdel, NJ.
Recognizing her masterful design skills,
Zucker tapped Paola to be Lead Designer
and Creative Director for Bell Works,
working alongside Bell Works Master
architect, Alexander Gorlin. Together
they would oversee the transformation
of the former Bell Labs into a world-class
destination for business and culture.
