e Lion City is known for being many things: a global finance center, a lush garden paradise, a world-class experience with
some of the world's finest cultural hot spots, and certainly one of the most eco-conscious countries in the world that continues
to create towering examples of eco-friendly urbanism and technology with an artistic flair.
Singapore is indeed the land of riches, and is widely known by its other moniker, "e City in a Garden," for its abundant
greenery, clean environment, and high-luxury green architecture dedicated to making life even brighter and more pleasurable
for the people. In this rich cultural cityscape, another building will soon blossom in this neighborhood: CapitaSpring, BIG's
next green gem. Designed for CapitaLand, the tower was transformed from a former public parking garage and hawker center
to a bustling community residence intent on incorporating natural elements into its structure. With BIG leading the project,
CapitaSpring is becoming one of Singapore's finest examples of avant-garde green architecture while boasting a Green Plot Ratio
of 1:1.4 landscaped area that covers 140% of its site area, and houses over eighty thousand plants.
