e vineyard, established in 2018, has seen its first harvest
and will welcome another 550 vines in March of this year.
e vineyard is run under the direction of Peter Leintner,
who grows, manages, and sells the harvested grapes to local
vintner, Robert Harvest. Among the new varieties arriving
this spring are Cabernet, Cab Franc, Riesling, Barbera, and
Empire, all of which were selected for their predilection for
the local climate and soil type. e vineyard is an emotional
memento of the owner's affinity for the famed Napa Valley
region of California. Beyond the vines, the property hosts
a fig tree grove, natural raspberry walking trail, and soon,
a hazelnut tree grove. e estate also holds an apicultural
farm comprising more than twenty-two beehives (soon to
double in number), of which the residents can enjoy the
abundance of local clover.
