With any oceanfront estate, it is the backyard and pool
area that can set a distinctive home apart, and 8808 1st
Ave. is no exception. e 1,300 square foot backyard has
been carefully designed to impart a spa-like atmosphere,
with outdoor showers and a sizable cabana with fridge
drawers, an ice maker, and a dishwasher to meld the best
of outdoor/indoor living. e marble patio also houses
the home's 16x44 foot in-ground pool and spa, just steps
from the indoor living room.
e entire project from start to finish took just under
a year, and Stone Harbor's premier oceanfront estate
is currently for sale and move-in ready. While Allison
Morgan enjoyed working on–and is familiar with–large-
scale projects like this one, she is equally as excited to take
on "smaller jobs as well[...]it doesn't necessarily have to be
a new build," she shares.
