e owners of this home desired a very grand feel without driing from their clean aesthetic. All of the marble in the home was custom-cut and sourced from Italy. Used throughout the first floor foyer into the great room as well as for the kitchen counter slabs, the marble establishes that grand feeling while creating a cohesive and classic feel. Unique ceilings throughout the home create a structural pop, adding even more dimension to each space and curiosity for the eye to behold. e only room in this home that is not predominantly white is the powder room. Creating a dramatic, dark powder room that sits right off of the foyer, while still maintaining the delicate flow of the rest of the home, was important as this room is one of the first that guests see. e fabulous pebble wall accents the seductive black marble vanity, adding a luxurious, spa-like aura to the atmosphere. Obviously the major focal point of the home, the incredible floating staircase with custom iron railings opens up the floor plan and sets the palatial tone for the rest of the home. Not wanting to block the view of the family room, this staircase has open treads so the back of the house can be seen through the sprawling two-story windows. Moving into the kitchen, a surprising take on an all-white kitchen is presented. Flaunting a custom dining table sourced from Italy, an antiqued zinc hood and white polished tiled floors that amplify the waterfall marble, a truly stunning and modern kitchen is born. Clients are able to see the amount of detail that is put into each project to fit each unique client and their lifestyle. VUE ON | DESIGN VUENJ.COM 23
