Once the home of offices and labs, the 2 million square
foot Bell Works facility now encompasses world-class
workspaces, specialty dining and retail options, and
space for events and recreation. Paola has contributed
her talents to many areas of Bell Works, including a series
of meeting spaces, the roof deck, the center trees, and the
design element of the tubes. "I first created eight offices
where people could visualize themselves. en I started
doing more public spaces and just kept going. We're
about 95% leased now," Paola says.
It even has a regular farmer's market, bringing to life
Paola's original vision of a bustling marketplace.
