The Luminosity of the Blizzard
Crystallization of the Wave
Nancy's creative process of this new concept of the "still
life," seamlessly blends pastels on paper with her own
photographs. Aer photographing "stills," which are usually
the purest elements of nature, she uses them as a reference to
complete the final drawing referred to as "assemblages." e
depth and dimension of these assemblages are unique and
attractive to the naked eye, unveiling multi-dimensional
layers and colors from a rare perspective that enlightens
the complex artistry of Nancy Staub Laughlin. She works
intensively on one project at a time, each creative piece
taking a month or two to complete. From her workspace,
Nancy playfully balances nature and glitter while always
staying true to her consistent, signature style.
Nancy's inspiring work can be admired in many acclaimed
exhibits along the East Coast. With exhibitions in New Jersey,
New York, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Connecticut,
and Maryland, her work radiates creative energy both far
and wide. Nancy's deepened passion for art and authentic
technique serves as the foundation of her portfolio and
undoubted talent. She warmly grants the viewer a glimpse
into the dazzling world of multi-dimensional art that
captures the eye and enlivens the soul.
