Aer working with Patricia Field, Caruso also had the opportunity to work with Isaac Mizrahi as a Design Director, leading to her feature on a reality show, "Project Accessory," a television program where designers compete everyday through different design competitions, further propelling Caruso's success. Aer proving her place in the fashion realm and working on behalf of many incredible designers, Christina Caruso recently relaunched her own namesake collection. Inspired by anything and everything from items in antique shops to nature and art sculptures, Caruso has created an iconically chic new collection. Catered towards both fun and playful, classic and edgy vibes, with clients whose ages span decades, Caruso created a line that is elevated and sophisticated. While designing her jewelry pieces, Caruso first sketches out her idea and then works with a wax sculptor who carves the model out of wax. e wax model is then used to create a mold that goes to casting and then plating. Christina Caruso's pieces are handmade in New York City and are primarily brass plated in 14 karat gold. e collection offers a custom assortment of fine jewelry as well, including sterling silver pieces and signet rings, bold earrings, and chunky necklaces. e pieces in this collection boast a sophisticated twist on bold glamour. Christina Caruso's initial namesake collection from the 2000's focused on classic, vintage pieces, while her recent collection takes a more modern, scale-based approach to its design, with bigger, bolder stand-out pieces. By working with different brands throughout her career, Caruso has developed an eye for what people want and created coveted statement pieces through her experience in the industry. Coming full circle with her beginnings in the accessory industry, Christina Caruso's new collection is featured on the "Sex and the City" reboot, "And Just Like at." Caruso's new collection holds its iconic stature through versatility and multiple ways of styling, embracing the "desk to dinner" look and lifestyle that many women appreciate. Collaborating with Asbury Park's e St. Laurent Social Club for a photoshoot to debut her latest line, Caruso was able to establish and showcase the fashionable, high-class woman her brand is catered towards. Currently sold at St. John and Curio at the Faena hotel in Miami, Caruso's brand is expanding into all the right places.
