When Beth Insabella, IIDA, ASID, the Founder
and Principal of INSABELLADESIGN, first
laid eyes on this contemporary home, a rare
find in Colts Neck, NJ, she knew this was going
to be an electrifying project. It was only natural
for INSABELLADESIGN to contrast the pure
white living areas with dark, moody spaces.
ere were a few rooms which called for lush
fabrics and dark hues, creating more intimate
gathering places. Since the client is also a
musician, INSABELLADESIGN brought in a
distinct rock 'n' roll vibe.
e Dining Room, originally a traditional space
draped in gold and burgundy with Queen Anne
style furniture, was redesigned into a sleek and
masculine space that serves functionality with
