Originally used as a home office, INSABELLADESIGN
completely transformed the space to become a
Billiards Room. With elegant details throughout, the
renovated Billiards Room seeps glamour from every
angle. is room evokes a sense of drama, featuring
red flocked wallpaper reminiscent of the homeowner's
childhood. With hues of deep red, touches of crushed
velvet, and flickering large gold mesh tassel sconces,
the Billiards Room imbues an old world feel into an
otherwise contemporary home. An underutilized
office closet was converted into a nook which houses
two retro pinball machines; directly across the room
also sits a vintage Asteroid/PacMan machine. e
original pool table was re-felted to match the color
scheme, and sits center stage beneath four television
screens in one. ese four screens together create one
unified big screen TV that rotates images of the
homeowner's favorite musicians, creating a space that
could easily be mistaken for a Nashville music lounge.
Tued banquette seating lines the wall beneath the
screens, and the faux crocodile fabric lends a sense of
refinement while providing ample seating space.
Keeping in line with a love for all things music-related,
amp toggle switches replace the traditional light
switches in this room. Gold hardware and an old
world gold gilded mirror further amplify the dramatic,
theatrical feel of the room.
