When a multi-generational family in an Indian
community in Middlesex County, NJ, found their
relationship with their contractor terminated, they
turned to ERNA Properties to build their now
stunning family home.
A picture-perfect microcosm of American hotel
luxury now stands at two stories in a friendly cul de
sac in Edison, NJ. Its beautiful stucco, gradient
exterior pushes beyond the conventions of today's
architectural trends.
"ey had almost a vision in their mind, and we
just breathed life into it," said Dave Seidenberg,
ERNA's owner and founder.
Every request came from the customers, and ERNA
Properties ensured all their wishes were granted.
"I just made a vow that I would bring this project on
track and successfully complete it," said Kristyn
Mednik, the senior interior designer on the home.
For ERNA, their sole job is to fulfill the client's
every desire.
"It's really about enhancing their life and making it
practical, but they also want it to be beautiful," she
said. "It's a harmonious relationship between space,
color, and energy. at's a practice they follow, so
that was a very high priority in making sure [...] it
blended together as a reflection of them as a family."
Mednik describes herself as the "team player" in the
home-building process. She bridges what the clients
want with what is feasible.
