1 oz espresso
½ oz Demerara syrup
Top with unsweetened whipped cream
Combine all ingredients, add ice, shake & strain.
Smoked Spice
Served in: Rocks Glass
Garnish: Pear Slice
2 oz VDKA 6100
½ oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz simple syrup
1 ½ oz pear juice
3 dashes Dale Degroff 's pimento bitters
Smoked with chai tea
Combine all ingredients, add ice, shake &
strain over fresh ice.

½ oz triple sec
½-1 oz simple syrup (to taste)
