around the prominent piece of artwork in each room. Featuring marble inlay, grass cloth, and unique wallpapers, Gerts and her team transformed what was a typical Florida apartment into a true masterpiece. Boasting an eye- catching, coastal color scheme and utilizing the preexisting natural light, an artsy and trendy, yet mature and refined space was created. The Dorothy art piece is visible from the foyer, giving guests a peek at what is to come. City views drench the kitchen, which is hidden from view upon entering the home. The kitchen features a dining nook with an expandable round table, perfect for accommodating larger parties, and is paired with multicolored chairs, adding a playful element to the space. A stunning glass vignette of varying cool hues fills the negative space and is accompanied by a custom bench with opaque, mosaic blocks of corresponding colors embedded in the side. e wire man sculpture was a very special gi from Gerts to the owner of the home aer doing their first project together, creating a conversation piece and adding a personal touch and memory to the composition of this client's forever home. Behind every piece of art in this condo, there is a story and personal memory attached to it. Nothing in this home has been purchased; it has all been accumulated and curated by the owner, and reflected in the design flow. Moving through into the living room, blue marble and a sleek design greet the eye. A beautiful built-in fireplace, backed with a mirror, expands the room and draws in ocean views to accent the tone of the room. Storage shelves were added, along with gorgeous sheer window treatments, creating comfortable lighting with a seemingly transparent design. A custom sectional sofa fills the center of the room, creating a perfect area for entertaining with a comfortable view of the TV and the astonishing view outside. Veiling details have been added into the space to hide curtain rods and expand the height of the ceiling, creating a luxurious feel. On the le of the television, there is actually a hidden door with invisible hinges that leads into the bedroom. Off of the right of the entertaining space, a natural, crystalline stone bar, with built-in lighting features, adds a sultry flair with its gold-leaf cork wallpaper and high gloss shelves.
