is unique blend of Chardonnay, Friulano,
and Malvasia delivers intense aromas that
are typical of the Collio area. e acidity of
the Chardonnay gives a hint of fragrance to
the flavor, the Friulano is beautiful and
smooth, while the Malvasia delivers a
distinctive, full and pleasant finish. Together,
they produce an exceptional and mineral-
driven white wine reflective of the area's
signature ponca soil.

Inspired by the historic field blends of
Marcel Deiss of Alsace, where terroir
supersedes the grape varietal, Andosol
changes every year and is not dependent
on one grape varietal. e lightest red
wine in the Ink Grade lineup, it has
firm tannins and floral notes with red
