e kitchen retains its typical NYC galley style layout, with existing cabinets repainted in Benjamin Moore's Spanish White. New Blue Roma Quartzite slabs from Artistic Tile are installed on all countertops and backsplash walls, becoming the kitchen's focal point. A cotton silk glass tile from Artistic Tile is used on the opposite wall, and all new Sub-Zero/Wolf appliances replace the old units. Bruno Diego Felippe Fuchsia pendant lights add a whimsical touch, and a breakfast area features a rich wood table with a sunburst grained top from eodore Alexander and leathered side chairs from Roche Bobois. T H E K I TC H E N C y n t h i a Pe r a l t a- B r i t o , O w n e r T H E P R I M A R Y B E D R O O M e primary bedroom is lined with a so silvery silk wallcovering by Phillip Jeffries and features new cerused oak built-in cabinetry for storage and a television. e existing Marc Phillips area rug, Holly Hunt channel tued bed, and Lepere lounge chair and ottoman in violet velvet fabric are complemented by a new console from Bernhardt and an RH end-of-bed storage bench. Custom drapery by Alan Schatzberg & Associates completes the room. e study maintains the existing black cerused cabinetry, with a new faux grasscloth wallcovering, adding soness. e walls are painted in Benjamin Moore Smokey Taupe 983, harmonizing with the wallcovering. e room features a Bernhardt sofa, a red lacquer Holly Hunt tray table, a leather club chair from Hooker Furniture, and an Odegard area rug. A MET Opera chandelier from the previous apartment adds a jewelry-like touch, while a writing desk in rich wood and an orange leather desk chair create a home office area anchored by a collage of small artwork pieces.
