An off-premise caterer creates events in all different types of spaces. Events are served under a tent, at a venue, in an office, or inside a home. We cater events from 20-2,000+ People. Our event menus are updated seasonally for fall/winter and spring/summer. Our menus are a collaboration of our culinary and creative teams. We research to incorporate current trends while keeping the classics as great if not better than our clients recall from their last event. With all of the research and time put into each menu we still call this a 'guide' as each event has its own unique twist and each client may have their own unique detail they would like to incorporate into their custom menu. 4. What do you enjoy most about being in the event industry? The event industry is wonderful because there is always something to celebrate.
