Happy Days already knows the procedures when it comes to
establishing a regimen for customers. "You can really help
people to realize what their starting point is," said Lepore, and
a device called a tincture can measure individual tolerances.
Yet, doubt can still remain. So questions are encouraged, and
customers can even request a one-on-one consolation. Of
course, Happy Days obviously has customers who know where
they stand and are already on the top shelf. Concentrates, said
Grossman, "It can't get more potent than that."
Still, Grossman admits that there's a bit of fun lost to the times
when we used to hide the stash from our parents. "People want
what they can't have," the founder laughed.
So, Happy Days tries to replace the taboo with a little mood
altering nostalgia. On site, they have an old Volkswagen bus,
and the hint is hard to miss. "It's a trip back to when you were
young," Grossman said, and that fits with the average 55
years of their customers.
Either way, now is what matters most. "What's a better way to
share some laughs and some cannabis with the people you
care about the most," Grossman reasoned.
In turn and in accordance, they take pride in passing the pipe.
Happy Days has raised money for cancer research, at-risk
youth, mental health initiatives, and a number of community
based causes. "Being able to do something positive with the
funds that are generated from our operation is so rewarding,"
said Lepore.
"Seeing a customer walk out happier than when they walked
in, that really is it," concluded Lepore.
