When I first started writing, I was overly critical of my own ideas, which hindered my creativity. Over time, I've learned to trust my instincts and embrace the vulnerability that comes with songwriting. Writing alone can be a bit challenging, but it's also a liberating experience, allowing me to explore my thoughts and emotions without any external judgment. VUE: Collaborations are a big part of the music industry today. Can you tell us about any memorable collaborations you've had and how they have influenced your music? CHASE: Collaborating with Shane Stevens, Lauren, and Solomon Olds has been an incredible experience. ey've not only helped me find my voice as a songwriter but also taught me the importance of staying true to my artistic vision. Working in such a comfortable and casual environment has allowed me to express myself freely and grow as an artist. ey've instilled in me the confidence to advocate for my ideas, which will be invaluable as I continue to collaborate with other creatives in the future. VUE: Looking ahead, what are your goals for the future of your music career? Are there any upcoming projects or new directions you're excited to explore? CHASE: What excites me most about my music career is the possibility of performing live for fans around the world. ere's nothing like the energy of a live audience and the connection that comes from sharing music in person. My favorite moments so far have been performing in New Orleans, where I've been able to sing, dance, and connect with the crowd. My ultimate dream is to create music that people not only want to listen to but also experience live. Performing is my passion, and I can't wait to bring my music to life on stage and create unforgettable moments with my fans. MY GOAL IS TO CRAFT SONGS THAT RESONATE DEEPLY, EMPOWERING BOTH MYSELF AND MY AUDIENCE..." VUE ON | MUSIC 50 VUENJ.COM
