Distilled in 500-gallon copper pot stills,
Gentleman's Cut is a rarity in today's American
whiskey market as it is one of the few 100% pot
still bourbons to be released nationally. is
process, producing a graininess that is distinct
from the pot still method, delivers a complex
tasting profile with a full-bodied palate. e
whiskey is then aged for 5-7 years in charred
new white oak barrels. e results speak for
themselves, with tasting notes of cinnamon,
seared caramel, and sweet toasted chestnut
permeating each swill of the refined spirit.
