From its inception, e Preserve has centered around trying to keep families together while having something for everyone to do. Having built more than 25,000 homes, including developments around private golf communities by 2010, Founder and CEO Paul Mihailides saw a need for homes that would provide ample living space, coupled with luxurious amenities and exciting experiences to provide entertainment for the youngest to eldest family members, allowing everyone to congregate.
