1. What is an off-premise caterer? What types of events do
you cater?
An off-premise caterer creates events in all different types of
spaces. Events are served under a tent, at a venue, in an office,
or inside a home. We cater events from 20-2,000+ People.
From social occasions, to milestone celebrations, corporate
office catering to galas and corporate holiday parties -

2. What makes your catering service unique in the market?
Our mantra is exquisite food, attention to detail and the
finest hospitality. These three promises create remarkable
events. What makes us unique is our people. Our enthusiasm
and spark make events that would be great - exceptional. We
take pride in all that we do because for us, it's our personal
touch that makes our client experiences unique.
3. How do you create your menus?
Our event menus are updated seasonally for fall/winter and
spring/summer. Our menus are a collaboration of our
culinary and creative teams. We research to incorporate
current trends while keeping the classics as great if not
better than our clients recall from their last event. With all
of the research and time put into each menu we still call this
a 'guide' as each event has its own unique twist and each
client may have their own unique detail they would like to
incorporate into their custom menu.
4. What do you enjoy most about being in the event industry?
The event industry is wonderful because there is always
something to celebrate. We get to celebrate corporate
client's success in their executive meeting, we get to watch
couples and families enjoy special moments and we are
privileged to be a part of foundations and corporations'
biggest night of the year while serving their annual galas.
