A coveted gem to New Yorkers, the Radio City
Christmas Spectacular is a staple in the holiday joy
that Christmastime in New York brings to residents
and visitors alike. e Radio City Rockettes put on
a stunning performance, time aer time, with their
intricate choreography, and precision dance
techniques, showcasing the true spirit of Christmas
and the most notable holiday production in
America. Performing eight incredible dance
numbers in their iconic dance style that combines
ballet, tap, jazz, and components of contemporary
dance, the Rockettes put on an outstanding show
of athleticism, dedication, and true passion for
dance and performance.
Growing up in Queens, New York, forming an interest
in dance at the age of three, and having the tradition
of seeing the Christmas Spectacular each year, Tara
Tubridy knew from a young age that she was inspired
and excited by dance and becoming a Radio City
Rockette was a big dream of hers. Going on to
Christmas
Celebrating her 19th season as a Radio
City Rockette, New York native and Long
Island resident, Tara Tubridy discusses
