cabinets painted in Lafayette Green complement the Mare
Rubrum granite countertops, while modern appliances and
Schaub knurled brass hardware enhance practicality. A metal
and glass partition system encloses the gym, striking a balance
between openness and privacy.
e entertainment space is a mix of textures and styles, with
red leather Natuzzi swivel chairs and a shagreen cocktail table
by Sarreid, offering a touch of boldness. Rubber flooring in
the gym and brick veneer tiles in the lounge area ensure
durability and style.
e three-year journey reflects the meticulous effort and
collaboration of the design and construction teams. Each
space was approached with care, respecting the homeowners'
vision and the property's essence. e home now stands as a
testament to the beauty of phased renovations—where every
detail contributes to a harmonious whole. With the final
touches nearing completion, the Old Tappan residence is
ready to embrace its next chapter, combining timeless design
with modern-day functionality.
