I am a chai tea lover for life, and this is the first place I've ever seen to carry flights! ey also have insane croffle flights, which is a combination of a croissant and a waffle, and they have the most delicious flavors for each! ey also have insane breakfast options and even a few vegan and gluten-free options, as well, for your girls who may have food allergies, or are trying to be health-conscious! ere really is something there for everyone and it's also decorated so gorgeously feminine, and is a great photo op as well! Rapid-Fire Round: Sweet or savory?: I am a sweet tooth girl for life. Of course it depends on my mood but chocolate is the key to my heart! Brunch or dinner?: I am in love with brunch! It's so cozy and I feel like my whole day aer is 10x better. A dish you refuse to eat?: Unfortunately seafood, and coming from a daughter of a fisherman, this is definitely a rough one. Best pizza in Monmouth County?: Rosie's Pizza! eir original location is Point Pleasant (my town) but they recently opened up in Middletown! Favorite guilty pleasure snack?: is is so strange, but I love making mini charcuterie boards. You can add anything to them and they satisfy both the sweet and savory cravings! I usually do a little plate of strawberries, cheddar cheese, crackers, almonds, pickles, and chocolate, but it honestly changes day to day. Don't knock it until you try it! If you could only eat one cuisine for a year, what would it be?: I would have to say loaded toasts! I love making sourdough bread and you can add anything to them! My favorite is tomatoes with burrata, basil, olive oil, and pesto, but you can also make sweet ones with peanut butter, chocolate, and fruit! Dream dinner guest— alive or historical?: Noah Kahan has been on loop on my Spotify for over a year. I feel like he is just the most down-to-Earth, kind- hearted soul and I would cry my eyes out if I met him! One kitchen tool you can't live without?: My bamboo cutting board. I use it for everything from cutting fruits and vegetables, to prepping dough, meats, and even use it for display when guests come over for appetizers! VUENJ.COM 31
