Peery's beef carpaccio is incredibly delicate and flavorful, while the shrimp and grits live up to its southern expectations. Featuring whimsical names such as El Pavo Real and e Jade Dragon and flavorful, inventive ingredients like pomegranate, hibiscus flower, ancho chili, mint, jalapeños, and lime, every cocktail is chemically paired to perfection and dances on the tongue.
