Nolan opened the restaurant with former partner David
Loewenberg in the spring of 2004 to an instant sensation.
Nolan comes from an impressive background, once being
the co-owner of Miracle Bar & Grill in New York City,
where celebrity chef Bobby Flay got his start. He has made
a commitment to the business to keep their menu locally
sourced and full of high-quality ingredients.
e kitchen is currently lead by executive chef Jesus Gonzales,
who has exciting plans for the future of Fresno aer hitting
their 20-year milestone. e chef rotates the menu with
featured specials and has plans for new additions. ey have
an extensive wine list as well as various signature cocktails for
guests to enjoy at their bar, led by beverage director Quinton
Burke. All of their drinks pair wonderfully with the gourmet
menu, a testament of the restaurant's attention to detail.
As customers step inside Fresno, they are met with a
speakeasy-inspired ambiance. The dimmed lighting and
comfortable seating make it an ideal spot for an intimate
dinner or gathering. The dining room also features a sleek
zinc bar where guests can relax with a drink. There is also
an outdoor patio space separated by French doors with
beautiful landscaping and a fountain.
