Chef Samuel Peery curates a delicious, straight forward menu in this intimate and modern live
music venue. Peery's beef carpaccio is incredibly delicate and flavorful, while the shrimp and grits
live up to its southern expectations. Similarly, there's not a single cocktail at the Peacock Room that
disappoints. Featuring whimsical names such as El Pavo Real and e Jade Dragon and flavorful,
inventive ingredients like pomegranate, hibiscus flower, ancho chili, mint, jalapeños, and lime, every
cocktail is chemically paired to perfection and dance on the tongue.
