lucky to have such a tight-knit group, and
they inspire me every single day.
Q: What would you tell your younger self about
power, creativity, or self-belief?
A: Don't let someone take away your power.
Be confident and bold in leadership.
Q: If Le Closet were a woman, how would you
describe her personality?
A: Fun, kind, and smart. Plus, she loves a
great label at a great deal (and likely owns an
adorable doggo).
THE FUTURE OF LE CLOSET
Q: Are there new directions or experiences you
want the brand to explore—collaborations,
lifestyle expansions, events?
A: I'm so excited about the future. We have
a store on 74th and Lex on the UES, and I
can't wait to make the two stores feel and act
more cohesively. We're partnering with some
fantastic and celebrated women to host their
own "closet cleanouts," in addition to some
amazing trunk shows at both stores.
I also co-run a female-owned film equity
fund (Tiny Office Productions), and it's been
so cool to watch how Le Closet intersects
in that world. We share so many clients
and customers, and I love unleashing my
creativity in both places. We definitely want
to collaborate more in the future.
