As Carlee and her team look towards the future,
their focus remains on "making the wine the best it
can be. Our winemaker, Jill, and our Viticulturalist,
Madeleine, have that same vision," shares Carlee.
Along with her commitment to quality, Carlee would
love to see more Working Dog Winery wines poured
at local restaurants. "We're surrounded by incredible
farm-to-table places, and it's a great opportunity to
remind people that amazing wine can be found right
in their backyard," she shares.
With a full calendar of events including local
artisan fairs, live music, food trucks, trivia, open
mic nights, and private gatherings, the winery
serves as a place for people to casually connect
and socialize. Carlee also envisions expanding
the educational component through tours
of the property and events focused on the
wine-making process, including a new
series titled From Vine to Bottle that
highlights the agricultural aspects of
grape growing and wine production.
