ROOTED IN NEW JERSEY, REACHING BEYOND Although Stephanie lives in New Jersey, her work spans far beyond her hometown. e tri-state area has become a powerful extension of her brand, with fall and winter filled with New York City and North Jersey events, and summers taking her to the Jersey Shore and the Hamptons. "It's funny," she says, "the town I live in is actually where I get the least amount of work. But it really shows how powerful word of mouth and social media can be." Still, being rooted in New Jersey has shaped her approach in meaningful ways. Her business is built on relationships, referrals, and repeat families—clients who invite her back year aer year as their children grow, trusting her with milestones that matter. "at's what makes me proudest," she says. "Being part of moments families will always remember." A DAY IN THE LIFE Today, Stephanie's schedule revolves around her children, not the other way around. Mornings start with school drop- off for her two oldest, then shi effortlessly into full mom mode at home with a baby and her five-year-old. Work happens in the in-between—during naps, in quiet pockets of time, and oen late at night. "It's a constant balance of presence and productivity," she explains. "Sometimes my emails are going out at ten or eleven p.m." Despite the juggling, the creative heart of the business still excites her most. Designing spaces, seeing a vision come to life, and watching families experience it— that's the reward. "ere's nothing like seeing a child walk into their party and light up," she says. "Or watching a parent relax because they know everything is handled. at's what makes it all worth it." 46 VUENJ.COM
