What distinguishes this project from a purely architectural standpoint is the s e a m l e s s n e s s of it s c on c e p t i on . Architecture and interior design were handled together, by a single team with a single vision, from the earliest drawings through the final installation. No element of the interior was le to chance or delegated to a separate sensibility. Every wall finish, every material, every piece of furniture was selected as part of the same sustained conversation about what this house should feel like to live in. e result is an interior that reads not as decorated but as designed—cohesive in the way that only carefully exercised creative control truly allows. Scott Placona brought to this project the same exacting standard he applies to every home he builds—an instinct for quality that is professional by training and personal by nature. His involvement ensured that the vision conceived on paper was realized in the field without concession, that the gap between design intent and finished product was, in the end, no gap at all. is is a home built for living—generously, beautifully, and without compromise. It announces nothing loudly. It simply gets everything right.
