Lauren: Yeah, it's therapeutic, really just self-care, trying to keep my mind and body connected to my foundation of wellness and also really setting an example for our children that you can't pour from an empty cup. My goal is not to be a martyr in motherhood. I really want to show them as an example how they need to live when they're an adult. ey need to take care of themselves, they need to have fresh juice, fresh fruits and vegetables and not eat too much processed stuff, so I try to lead by example through that but also to feel better at my age. I know I feel whatever I put in my body is how I feel. Mike: We have a very serious regimen every morning. Every morning, I make juices for me and my wife…everything from e Coconut Cult, which is a probiotic. We have a prebiotic, which is Promix; we have a ginger lemon cayenne shot which also we put black seed oil in it and oil of oregano, and a shot of apple cider vinegar. We have sea moss in the morning, also beet juice. So every morning I have six, seven cups lined up. I send them to my friends in group chat and they're like, 'you guys are one of the healthiest couples that we've ever seen,' so I do mine in the morning and I do my wife's as well. She goes to the gym, I go to the gym, then I go to the office, and she comes home and takes care of the kids. We have a red light sauna upstairs as well and I'll be honest with you, I think prayer is important. You've got to take care of yourself mentally, physically, and spiritually. For the most part, we have it down right now. At nighttime, we have a nighttime regimen with vitamins as well that we both take, which is D3 and K2 and magnesium and zinc. I throw a little NMN in there as well, so we're very educated and we also put in the application as well. VUE: If your younger selves, pre-fame, could see the life that you built today, what do you think would shock them the most? Mike: I would tell my younger self that we did it. Lauren: You took the words out of my mouth. Mike: And definitely very, very proud of myself and my wife. You know it wasn't easy but we didn't give up and now we are thriving and we have a beautiful family.
