DR. JOSEPH PYUN, WHO JOINED
OUR PRACTICE THIS APRIL.
Joseph Pyun, MD is a highly skilled orthopedic
spine surgeon with 9 years of experience,
specializing in minimally invasive techniques to
treat conditions such as spinal stenosis, disc
herniations, pinched nerves, spondylolisthesis,
and spinal cord compression. He performs
advanced procedures including anterior cervical
discectomy and fusion, cervical disc replacement,
minimally invasive lumbar fusion, endoscopic
discectomy, and lumbar laminectomy.
Dr. Pyun completed his orthopedic residency at
New York Medical College – Westchester Medical
Center and his spine surgery fellowship at the
University of Maryland Medical Center, where he
trained at the renowned R Adams Cowley Shock
Trauma Center. He holds privileges at NYU
Langone and Hudson Regional Hospital and has
contributed to several respected medical
publications in spine surgery.
A New Jersey native, Dr. Pyun is committed to
delivering exceptional, patient-centered care
focused on reducing pain, improving mobility,
and achieving long-term outcomes through
thoughtful, minimally invasive treatment plans.
