"We're going to do more custom meal options," he says, detailing a meal builder option that will allow customers to dictate how much rice, vegetables, and meat they want. "We're going super custom online and accessible and affordable in retail and that's the approach." Another approach of Jamie's that might be surprising to some is how charitable and philanthropic he is. "I'm a pretty big giver and I try really hard to make the world a better place. It's a big passion of mine," Jamie states. is year marked the 5th annual Eat Clean Bro gala, raising over $1 million to date in donations for Children's Specialized Hospital. In June, Jamie will host a 5k run from his house and in August, Eat Clean Bro's 3rd annual Swing 4 A Cause will take place at Trump National Golf Course in Colts Neck, both events raising money for Children's Specialized Hospital. "I try to be the change I wish to see in the world," Jamie explains. Citing the wrestling phrase of "leaving it all out on the mat," Jamie shares, "I put 100% into my company, my employees, my customers, my family, I don't leave anything in the gas tank[...]in my wrestling and Navy career, I felt I le some on the mat and at some point, I said, 'not with my marriage, my kids, not with anything I do.' at's my approach with things." For all of his generosity, Jamie has never been one to take handouts. A self-proclaimed "bootstrap entrepreneur," Jamie knows first- hand what it takes to build your own business through "blood, sweat, and tears." When asked for the best piece of advice he's ever received, Jamie says, "A farmer told me just to make sure that 2+2=4 and it has saved me a lot of headaches." at simple yet succinct piece of advice is fitting for a business model based on "giving the people what they want."
